Val and Matt Visit!
My friends Val and Matt came to visit me for a week this summer. Val is up from Seattle for her birthday and Matt is on his way back from a year in Bethel, AK. We saw what feels like half of the state in this week: chartering a plane to the Brooks Range, boating in Chena Lakes, Touring and Camping in Denali Nat'l Park, Driving the Denali Hwy, hiking to a glacier and finishing with a party!
